Refund Policy

Effective Date: 16 Aug, 2025

This policy applies specifically to Referrers and Referees using ReferBee.

1. Referrer Earnings

  • Who: Referrer
  • Referral earnings are calculated on net amount received from the Referee’s completed service.
  • Non-refundable: Once the Referee service is successfully completed and the Referrer’s wallet is credited, these earnings are final and cannot be claimed back.

2. Referee Payments

  • Who: Referee
  • Referee payments for services availed via referral are subject to the service provider’s policy.
  • The Referrer cannot request a refund on behalf of the Referee.

3. Fraud Prevention

  • Any attempt to manipulate referral credits, request fake refunds, or misuse the app may lead to account suspension or legal action.

    • 4. Vyavsaay Digiworld Private Limited Authority

    • Who: Both Referrers and Referees
    • The company’s decisions regarding referral earnings, wallet credits, and disputes are final and non-challengeable.

    5. Governing Law

    Refund and referral disputes are governed by Indian law, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.
